Talking about your photos with others is one of the best ways to improve your photographic vision (second only to practice!). So don't be shy, and send us some of your photos!&nbsp;<br /><br />The theme this time is Colour, whether it be vibrant and bright, subdued and moody, warm, cold, striking, subtle, we're looking for photos where colour dictates the mood. Editing is immensely ...important  in digital photography. Even the subtlest edit can dramatically improve  a photo, but it can be a daunting process at first. Come along and find  out how easy it is. Even if you're a seasoned editor, you might still  learn a thing or two...<br /> <br /> The sharing session is an opportunity  for you see what other members have been shooting, as well as show off  some of your own photos. A little critiquing from your peers can go a  long way in improving your photos, especially since photography can  often be a solitary pursuit. There's no particular theme this time  around, send in any photo you like. For a small community, this was devastating. The aim of our project was to both raise awareness of the flood damage, as well as to put a little bit of spark back into their tourism industry. Our secondary aim was to create better ties between rural and metropolitan Victoria.&nbsp;<br /></div>  <div >  <!--BLOG_SUMMARY_END--></div>  <div  class="paragraph editable-text" style=" text-align: left; ">Fotoholics collaborating with SALP has captured all that the region has to offer. The photos have come up a treat, so now we invite you all to come and check them out and experience for yourself all the great things the region has to offer.&nbsp;<br /><br />  <strong style="">Location: Yasuko Hiraoka Room, Sidney Myer Asia, University Of Melbourne.</strong><br /><br />  <strong style="">Opening Night: Thursday 6th of Oct, 6pm.</strong><br /><br />  <strong style="">Exhibition Opening hours: Friday,7th Oct and Monday, 10th Oct 9.30am-5.30pm</strong><br /><br />  <br /> Not only is this event an exhibition of the beauty and personality of the Loddon Shire, but also a testimony to the great work of a very talented bunch of photographers.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> So please come along and help to support this great cause!
